With your goals and budget in mind, we'll begin touring homes that match your criteria. I'll coordinate private showings, track market activity, and offer guidance on what to look for while viewing properties.
Make an Offer
Once we find "the one," I'll help you write and submit a competitive offer. We'll go over terms, contingencies, and negotiation strategies to increase your chances of getting accepted.
Apply for Your Mortgage
Once your offer is accepted, you'll officially apply for your loan. Your lender will request documents and begin the underwriting process. I'll stay in contact with all parties to ensure timelines are met.
Due Diligence & Final Steps
This is when we handle the details:
Home Inspection - to identify potential issues
Appraisal - to confirm the home's value
HOA Approval - if applicable
Title & Lien Search - to ensure the property has a clean title and no outstanding legal or financial claims
Final Walk-Through & Closing
We'll do a final walk-through to ensure the home is in the agreed-upon condition. At closing, you'll sign the final documents, receive the keys-and officially become a homeowner!
